As discussed under (6) and (7) above, the spacecraft's clock records
proper time ("own time") on the spacecraft.... in any other inertial
frame, any time-related measurement can be different.
Proper length ("own length") is measured in a frame that is at rest relative to the object in question. Because of the length contraction formula, the length measured in a different frame is always shorter than the proper length.
Proper time intervals are not altered in any way by travelling at close to the speed of light.
